A truly appalling experience whether you work there or try and obtain services.Years of lack of talent at managerial level have resulted in mediocrity at its very best.A perfect example of what goes wrong in a Civil Service if you do not employ people with talent and integrity.Highly recommended to avoid if at all possible.

Over 30 long years of experience of this outpost and the list of mediocrity of staff and management would bore you to tears.To encapsulate in a short summary is thus.Lack of integrity is endemic,decades of manipulating statistics is so embedded within the organisation it would need a root and branch cleaning to restore itself.Low and middle management is proliferated with number cruncing sheeple who have no original thought or vision.
