Looks like I’m not alone in my loathing for this place! Normally like to stick to my local post office to support it and for helpful staff who actually seem to give a monkeys anymore. Anyway gave this place one more try today and ended up posting something by mistake. Realised a few minutes later to be told on my return that it was now the Queens post and couldn’t have it back even though it was still there with another parcel I’d posted. Wouldn’t have minded such a highbrow and un customer centred response if I couldn’t remember all the lost and broken and stolen moments over the years. Will be sticking to my locals again in future (keep them alive) and the this place shuts like the rest of Harrogate seems to be doing. Cr

I attempted to use the check & send service for my baby's first passport and my application got refused four time for various reasons, costing me the check & send cost plus paying for extra passport photos. The fourth time they refused me I decided to send it to the passport office myself and 2 days later, I received her passport :) exciting but leaves me very frustrated with the check & send service, we've had to change our plans because of their refusals, and I now realise we could of got the passport ages ago if I hadn't of wasted my time and money with the check and send at Harrogate.

It's terrible service. If I am sending something especially lady pushing people send 1st class even don't ask if I would 2nd or 1st..2nd story I sent my phone to China to repair and I wanted sent tracking and sign even didn't get my tracking number..Off course phone is nowhere this company saying didn't get anything...Nice I lost just £170
