For the last 2 weeks I have been calling and calling all at different times of the day and nobody is ever there to answer the phone,return voicemails. Its very annoying. I need something resolving urgently and there's no help.
they wont deal with private owners who think its ok to play there bloody tv loud till they go to bed at 10:30pm But has soon has they complain about us apparently a peg flying on there conservative rent office is over us like a rash,But wont deal with the noise from them
I have been trying to contact the housing association and getting no answer and no call back absolutely shocking I never known anything like it.
No stars for no professionalism. making me choose 1 star to post. Bins are overflowing and there are now rats in the communal area, dozens of weekly complaints brushed aside. BLAME THE CUSTOMER, appears to be the councils mission statement.
Poor management of properties, leaving people to live in horrendous states. No way of directly contacting Moortown Housing Office, and Leeds City Council have intentionally made it incredibly hard to get in touch with a human being via their contact number.
Disgrace when they want something they all over u u want something they do nothing

This council seem let your extremely loud neighbours play music for over 2 years and have done nothing,discraceful
never get anything sorted,just write it on a computer to send for the housing office managers attention.pointless building and useless people.its more like a one stop shop than an actual housing office,just a small corner in a library.
