I had my interview for universal credits earlier this week and It was a total waste of time they asked for documents that I wasn't even asked to bring. I asked questions that I didn't get answers for. WHAT A BLOODY WASTE OF MY TIME: HIS NAME WAS GUSS! This card is meant to be laminated because its like a bank card this is how it was given to me.

Quite helpful staff, less one lady that you always wish is not at work when you go, who seems to see everyone as a stupid person and treats you accordingly. That is one of the customer service, at the ground floor. Otherwise, there are people who know what they are doing, the others are there without a clue of basic knowledge of their job. It's like a Kinder Surprize place...You never know what you will get, information wise. Not to mention that you might solve your issue in 10 minutes or you can be stuck there for 2 hours. It's up to your luck!

I am an employer wanted to place an ad , I had to call this very expensive 0345 number and still got no where. If they are really interested in finding job for people they should make it easy not good for nothing service.

Useless people totally rude and unhelpful. Computers often not working and near impossible to use a phone. Regular problems in there due to frustration.
