My wife went here a fortnight ago. The Post Office attendant clearly knew she was waiting but continued loading the shelves with stock in case they had a customer. This shop used to be run by a delightful family but now seems to have gone to rack and ruin. My daughter went there in the week and came out in tears: she was shouted at by the attendant. My wife went in to remonstrate and he told her she(my daughter) had been abusive to him and called him a name. My wife asked him to explain and he simply said - "she knows". These people are barking - she went back in after speaking to my daughter - by now waiting in the car - and he hid in the back and wouldn't come out.

This post office has no opening times listed online and looks open but when you go in to collect a parcel of bulbs you’re told that every other Wednesday they can’t help you! That should be on their website then I wouldn’t have bothered to leave work early to pick up the package. Shall go elsewhere if at all possible as this is not the first time they have been unhelpful.

Diabolical service, unclear opening hours, rude staff, and to cap it all, accusations of theft by the staff. Unfortunately, if you need the postal service you may need to go here, which makes all this unavoidable at times. Grit your teeth and bear it is all I can say.

If you want to get treated like your money is wanted then go here! Unbelievable rude and bad service! Went to use the post office and got greeted with a huff, started servicing me and then because i wasn't "quick enough" to put my second parcel on the scales left me to serve another customer who was buying a fizzy drink, when I said that was rude of him he said "you wasn't going to buy anything anyway!" I said I can't believe you speak to customers like that and he said "you can dish it out but can't take it!" I never experienced anything like this esp as I had a young child with me. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE!! Staff are racist, sexist, and extremely lazy. how this place is operating is beyond me. POST OFFICE needs to look into this.
