Very disappointed with the service I have received from this florist. I ordered some flowers for mothers day and at the time of the order I was told that they could not give a time frame for delivery as they are busy. I thought no more of it. I was not too happy at paying the £5 for delivery as my mum only lives a few miles away but my mum has used the florist before and liked them. However, sadly it's currently 3pm and still no flowers. I called the shop to ask as it was getting late and the abrupt lady on the phone told me they were still making them up!!! I understand they cannot guarantee a time but most people expect flowers to be delivered or made before 3pm ( they are still not there!!!) Also the lady on the phone was not apologetic in the slightest, even when I explained my mum had waited in all day. Sadly I will not be using this company again. I haven't given 1 star as I appreciate they are busy but I am very disappointed. If they can't cope they shouldn't take so many orders.

Brilliant services from Joanne and co! Gorgeous flowers very fresh and good price too! Joanne was very sweet and treated us as if she had all the time in the world, had a quick coffee in the coffee shop and that was delightful also! Best florist I’ve ever been to by far! 110% loyalty.

Just been for afternoon tea. With 2 friends, we all really enjoyed it. We would have happily paid a lot more.

We have on going work for Joanne, she is very professional and well organised. Although we have not brought flowers as of yet, they look great and can see she is passionate about what she does. Great shop.
