Husband brought some flowers from here. They haven't lasted a week even though i followed the given care plan. They cost £50. When he rang to complain the lady didn't want to know...obviously she had already been paid so why should see?! Poor  customer service and even poorer product!

Ordered for Valentine's day but did they arrive on time, Hell No, they arrived on 15th February a day late. Not impressed, No apologies, no nothing

Bouquet arrived on Monday. There were weird small spray roses included, speckled appearance but I realise that’s just my taste however within 48 hours they’d shrivelled along with the showpiece chrysanthemum. I wonder if they were fresh?

Ordered 65th Birthday flowers for my sister the day before. Shop is half a mile away from shop. £5 to deliver, checked a couple of times with the shop as not arrived. Third time I rang she said would arrive by 5.45pm. Shop says it's on the van. Van probably past the end of the road numerous times in the day. No sorry from the shop or urgency. Don't use if you want something guaranteed, they knew it was a special birthday but didn't care. Utterly useless and non caring.  Flowers arrived around 6.14pm as per delivery card. Left with neighbour as sister had gone out for birthday meal. Got them tonight. Not good enough

Made a late request for flowers, staff were more than willing to accommodate. Very happy with results

Flowers didn’t last 5 days literally and smelt of egg when they were off there are more leaves then flowers.... a florist shud know to even them out....terrible flowers awful
