We ordered our wedding flowers from here and they were absolutely perfect! I went in a few months in advance to discuss the kind of thing we were looking for. The florist was very helpful and made some suggestions as I don't know much about flowers. They were delivered promptly to the venue on the wedding day and they were exactly what I was hoping for. They were beautiful and matched perfectly with our theme. Thank you Fiona Florist!
Excellent florist. Bought some amaryllis of 'unknown colour' for Christmas. Turned out to be just right. Better than white and not so vibrant as scarlet.
I rang this florist at 8.30am hoping to order flowers to be delivered that morning which was a bit of an ask! The lady I spoke to was so kind and friendly and helpful. They delivered the flowers by 10.30am the same day and the recipients are delighted! She also took great care with the rather long message I wanted on the card, ensuring she had it just as I wanted. I'm so grateful for this wonderful service. Thank you!
Fantastic service from the beginning to the end of our order. They made bespoke flower arrangements for my grandads funeral and we were truly impressed with their creations. Everyone so friendly and helpful and prices reasonable too. First time I have used Fiona Florist and will continue to use them going forward. Would definitely recommend

I ordered some buttonholes and a bouquet for my wedding tomorrow. When I went to collect them the quality and standard of the buttonholes and bouquet was extremely poor. The florist advised me that they were not happy with the bouquet, the folage they ordered and agreed at the time was now out of season, it didn't arrive how they wanted it to. My mom asked why were we not informed of this In advance. I had to ask for my money back and go without the buttonholes and bouquet. I was so upset that this happened a day before my wedding, this caused additional stress that I didn't need.
A lady named Dawn had put together our daughters wedding flower's. They was amazing, we had lots of comments about them. Just prefect. Thank you so much
Terrible and very unhelpful customer service from Bev. I had emailed the store about purchasing flowers for my wedding and was told to come to the store to discuss further. However, when I went to the store, Bev denied the offer of help eventhough I showed her the email. She refused to talk me through the different options, eventhough I explained I was clueless about flowers and needed her help based on photos of the flowers I'd be using to decorate the venue. She even mocked me for leaving flowers to the last minute eventhough it was a last minute covid wedding. I was left feeling very anxious and upset. I decided to take my business elsewhere and fortunately I received much better service based on the same requirements.
Staff are so moody especially who ever the new young girl is. Used to love coming here when the girl names Ellie was about now it’s gone to pot. Not helpful at all they act like they are too busy to help you out. I’d avoid at all costs.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered today for my wife on our 24th wedding anniversary . What she received was full of colour and amazingly fresh looking flowers. thank you very much Th
