This place is amazing and so family friendly made both myself and daughter so welcome this place is now my go to nail salon !

GREEDY. RUDE. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. ACCEPT APPOINTMENTS AND THEN CANCEL THEM WHEN YOU WALK IN. TOO GREEDY WITH MONEY AND NOW RUSH NAILS.  I had been going here since it opened and have always gone to Jack for my nails - or the lady that is now no longer there.  They have become greedy with their money as the past 2 times i have been there my appointment was at 3 - at 5 i was still sitting waiting and no one even said sorry about the wait - I stood up and asked what was going on, to be told by Jack that they were short staffed and busy- WRONG. There are 4 chairs for nails and each chair had a member of staff. They don't say no to walk ins even when they have FULLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS made by loyal customers. Therefore you end up waiting over 2 hours. Eventually my nails were done rushed no discount offered - and really rude service.  I thought i'd give them another chance silly me last week Friday - booked for 5pm, turned up and Jack said the same rubbish - short staffed can't do it. Meanwhile accepting walk ins. Just looked at me like it was my fault as if to say- get out.  Have told everyone i know i avoid this shop - they need to have a look at their customer service.

If it was possible i would give them 0 Stars. I have been tonight for my nails to be done,  all staff talking in their own language, as a new customer came in they all looked and then laughed to them self.  I shown them a photo with 1 silver nail with coffin style. However, my outcome of my visit ended up with what i can describe as a mess. *** STAY AWAY*** £30 wasted.  *** Update - My daughter had the same problem , however - the lady doing her nails called her friend over to look at the nails, then they WALKED AWAY GIGGLING***  Please keep clear.

The nails were OK but I was ill the next day due to inhaling strong fumes. There was no ventilation. I won't be visiting again unless this changes.

Not happy!! They have recked my nails only had them done for a week and I went into my hand bag and it snapped of one of them has cracked in the middle and the other one cracked of just because I had a scratch on my arm ridiculous when I rang them up they said they would repair it but I had to pay will never be going there again first time and last time I'm in pain with my nails never experienced this from any other nail salon the woman was also aggressive on the phone when I told her about my nails and hung up the phone on me because I told her I shouldn't have to pay !

I have been coming here for about 6 months. I absolutely love the service and friendliness of the staff. Not once have I ever been disappointed. My nails always looks beautiful!!

Had been having acrylic nails done for almost 12 years close to my home in Cheltenhham, but, on the recommendation of my daughter in law, decided to try Amy and Kim at Joanne's nails.  Firstly, the nails look fantastic and secondly, they last for almost a month, as I have Shellac on top of the acrylic.  The price is a good 30% cheaper than my previous nail salon in Cheltenham and the nails are a 100% better!  This salon is definitely worth the 1 hour drive to get there.  Thank you Amy and Kim, you are the best!!.
