I took the class on making sharp edges with icing. Wow, what a lovely day and what a patient and excellent teacher Rachel is. She is an efficient, talented young business woman and I walked away with a two layer cake(top layer fake) which I had completely iced and the corners really were sharp. Rachel had pre made the cakes, weighed out all ingredients we would need and provided all equipment including a box to transport our creations. I thoroughly recommend this course to anyone wanting to make their cakes look more professional. Thank you Rachel.

Wife went to a cupcake decorating class and absolutely loved it. She came home with some very nice cakes and has continued to decorate her own in the various styles she learnt. She will be going back for sure but make sure you book early as they seem to fill up pretty quickly.
