If I could give Joanna more that 5 stars I would! :  From the first day I stepped in she gave me such an amazing service. She took the time explaining different services as I wasn't sure what I wanted. I finally decided on the Keratin treatment and it's the best decision I have made for my natural hair. I was amazed by the styling which got me compliments for weeks. And she didn't stop with the treatment - she gave me so much after care. Can't wait for my next appointment. :

Joana is friendly and accommodating. I always talk to her about what suits me best and she will be able to guide me honestly. I enjoy her excellent customer service and commitment to deliver a great service. I have been going to this hairdressers for over twenty years when I was 18 and my mum found an article in the newspaper. Since then I have never looked back and now I take my daughter along with me and the transformation she achieves with hard to manage hair just shows her talent and patience. All staff are great here I feel a peace at my appointments.

I went to Joana's Hair Elite after searching on the Internet for a hairdresser that specialises in natural 4C hair. I was a little apprehensive at first with them being a hairdresser I have never used before. But, I must say the staff were fantastic and Joana was so professional, she explained the treatment I was having step by step and how to maintain my natural curls at home. I will definitely be going back to this salon. Thank you for a job well done.

I have been coming to Joana’s salon for a few years now but I want to praise this lady again. She gave me so much confidence with the right hairstyle. I have travelled to Europe and AFRICA and still drive all the way back to Joana to have my hair cut , she just gives me that edge that I cannot found elsewhere. When I was in AFRICA recently may women commented on the haircut and asked if it was a wig- another one told me that my hair cut inspired her so she tried the same and showed me a picture. I just would like to thank Joana for great haircuts that gives me great confidence. And of course her wonderful staff.

I had a full weave installed at Joanna and I am very happy with the result.  Joanna was very kind and patient and made sure in ensuring I had the best experience, she did a brilliant job and I was impressed with her skill as a hairdresser. Also a big thank you to the lady who did my cornrows sorry I don't remember her name - green top and curly hair who also did a fantastic job. Very reasonable prices too. Thanks you.
