I have seen a number of physios over the years to help with a very painful back problem.  Once I was recommended Jo I have never had to go anywhere else - she is by far the best! I am practically evangelical about her because she has swiftly and expertly got me back on my feet each time I have had a problem, giving good advice and exercises to avoid relapses. She is just brilliant, and also has a great sense of humour to cheer you up when you are feeling a bit low (this is really important!). I have always managed to get an appointment quickly, and I already recommend her to anyone who needs a physio! I thoroughly recommend giving the acupuncture a go, I was amazed by the effect it had.

I went to see Jo after numerous wasted weeks of NHS treatment.  One visit to her and my prolapsed disc and sciatica was identified and her first initial treatment eased my pain. I went back for further visits and was soon able to get back to normal.  2 years later after a car crash I went back as I hurt my back again. I wouldn't go anywhere else, brilliant service and always a laugh, made a bad experience a good one. Thanks Jo

Without Jo Tait's I'd still be walking around one ligament short of a left knee - I've known Jo in her professional capacity for over 10 years and have not hesitated to recommend her services to friends and family.
I've also seen NHS physiotherapists in the past but consider the convenience, skill and kind enthusiasm of Jo well worth the fee.
