I would have preferred to give 0 stars to this company but it wasn’t possible. JLA are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, both personally and through business. The company were more concerned with taking payment for a service call out than arranging the appointment which I had to chase on 3 occasions . I was finally advised that it would be last appointment 3-3.30pm on Tuesday 21st Nov 2023. We closed our kitchen early and lost 2 hours of trade only for them not to attend or ring to say they weren’t attending . I contacted them that evening and had a very unpleasant conversation with the planning team and was assured that she would call me back within 1/2 hour to confirm rescheduling of the appointment …. Needless to say no phone call or for the following days until I contacted them yet again and was passed from one person to another and no one could help me so I requested a refund for the service I didn’t receive . I finally spoke to a teamnLeader Chris in compliance who was rude , arrogant and difficult to deal with and completely avoiding answering the questions I posed about refunding the payment I had made . He had a serious attitude problem and his customer service skills were seriously lacking . He had no idea how long my refund would be or rather just couldn’t be bothered to find out the correct information . The service you receive from this company is absolutely shocking, no messages ever get passed on and nobody follows through with what they say they will. Do not deal with them at any cost or you will experience what I have for my business and you will find it difficult to get a refund or for someone to actually turn up and complete the job you have paid them for .
Absolutely awful customer service. 3 times I've come to work early for an engineer to attend before we open for service. 3 times nobody showed upnnCalled again this morning as they were due to attend to find out the parts to repair the machine haven't even been delivered and nobody has any idea why an engineer had been booked innnNo plan for when anything will actually get fixed, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience they've cause over the busiest period of the year. Appalling company
Stay clear!!nTrying to upgrade an item I lease after 6 years, to be told I will have to sign up for another 8 years!! Really nI spend a fortune each month with this company.nBe rest assured, I will be returning the equipment when the lease is up and will certainly never use this company again for anything.nI’ve had so many problems with customer service not to mention feel totally ripped off and disgusted.
Wanted to give 0 stars but not possible. JLA are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, both personally and through business. This week alone 2 of our machines have had breakdowns, as per our contract JLA should be out within 24 hours…they have not been for either breakdown and left us without our machines working. We are still due 4 refunds for non attendance that are nearly a year old. The service you receive from this company is absolutely shocking, no messages ever get passed on and nobody follows through with what they say they will. Also ridiculous that you sign a contract for the price of your machines but they still put them up yearly, we are already £300 a month dearer than when we took the contract out. Counting down the days until we can go with a new company.
We have rented JLA industrial washing machines and dryers since we opened in 2006. They give an excellent service, if there are ever any problems we just phone them and they send an engineer out to fix them within 24 hours. The engineers are very polite and professional and have an excellent knowledge of their machines. They will always feedback what the problem has been and how it has been resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
