Really enjoyed our dinner out for our Anniversary. A unique dining experience and new for us! The servers were very helpful in all aspects of the dining experience from helping with recommendations for ordering, how to cook/eat and making a peanut sauce for the beef. For simplicity we ordered their dinner for 2 menu. We left feeling full, satisfied and happy! Highly recommend, but wouldn’t bring my kids to this type of meal.
This place is amazing if you’re craving hot pot! In my opinion, it’s the best hot pot restaurant around. The ambiance is outstanding, and the soup is incredibly rich, with plenty of options for both meat and vegetables. The variety of sauce choices is also impressive. The customer service is exceptional, especially from Grace! This was my second visit, and the service remains top notch. Grace was incredibly helpful in guiding us on the best sauces to try and which meats to choose. If you're looking for a must visit dining experience, this is it! The food is delicious, and you definitely won’t regret it!

Lovely Sichuan hot pot experience in London with fair prices and high quality meats. Great for dining with friends and larger groups—we all really enjoyed the service and being able to add more food whenever needed. I also loved that the sauce bar was always fully stocked and the fact that they carried the /Arctic Ocean drink. So yummy
Excellent hotpot in beautifully decorated restauraunt. New owners are super nice and seem very dedicated to quality ingredients and attractive presentation. Hotpot means comfort food, and Jinli Hot Pot provides both great food and a relaxing setting for a special meal. Highly recommend. I went to eat hot pot last night. Wow, it's really delicious! This is the most authentic hot pot I have ever eaten in London. My classmates also love to eat. Seeing that some of my classmates don't know how to use chopsticks, the waiter Grace brought us forks. My son accidentally broke the mango juice bottle he bought. Grace and another waiter immediately brought a mop to clean the mango juice, and she was very kind to help us transfer the drink to another bottle. I am very satisfied with their service and authentic food! The taste is really good and highly recommended!
I have been here twice, once with friends, and once with family. We appreciated the service a lot both times - the owners are kind and so are the servers. I was particularly impressed by the waitress Grace! The food here is always fresh…they have all-you-can-eat options alongside à la carte. This is the best hotpot place in London, it is so worth a try!
We got greeted by staff from the door. We came in by 8 50 and even though they closed by 10 they let us stay past 10 because it was my sisters birthday. They didn’t rush us. Great food and flavours. Good quality ingredients and nice environment. Affordable. Highly recommend Parking: A lot of space and availability so it’s never a problem plus it’s free
Right after you enter the restaurant you get the instant feeling that you are in a different place . It's really a chinese traditional hot pot restaurant. The quality of the ingredients matches the deco with outstanding flavors , when you are there don't forget to visit the sauce bar, unlimited and delicious ingredients to enhance the hot pot ingredients flavors. The Staff are all so professional so if you have any question or is your first time don't doubt on asking them they will be glad to help you out so you can have a good experience . I will definitely come back again . Parking: Don't worry about parking .
I’ll start off by saying, WOW, this was our first time and we didn’t know what to expect. The server took their time with our group, explained how the dinner will work and we were not disappointed. The flavour was incredible, the vegetables were fresh, the meat was excellent as well. Highly recommend trying this place out. For the beginners, the mild spice is hot, specially, when you’re eating it with a hot liquid, but it’s not a lingering heat. You don’t get cold water, not a big deal, it’s a preference, I enjoy large cold ice filled water with my dinner, I felt like a guest at someone’s home, and didn’t want to ask, or step out of line enjoying another cultures cuisine. It’s was an amazing dinner and experience. Will be back, that’s for sure.
