Not too bad, came very quick and no problems with missing items. I’m pretty easy to please with Chinese as I mainly get fried rice, chow mien chips and spring rolls which were all good nothing spectacular. Missus wasn’t impressed with the salt and chilli chicken, it was edible but they’re just chicken nuggets in sauce.Food: 2/5

I've struggled finding a Chinese takeaway that would satisfy my taste since I moved from London and By far, Jimmy is the best Chinese takeaway for me in Newcastle! Food here always arrives HOT and always early! Thank you JIMMY! :

By far the best Chinese in Newcastle, huge portions of chicken. Highly recommend the Spicy Sweet & Sour.Food: 5/5

Treating my partner and myself to a takeaway and decided to try a new place rather than our causal takeaway that's down the road; although the food is delicious and good quality it couldn't compare to the takeaway we had from Jimmy's tonight. We ordered the lemon chicken and sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style with drinks, mini spring rolls, chips and prawn cracker's. Both meals was perfectly cooked and extremely delicious. We ordered in advance 1hr 30mns ahead of schedule as planned and it turned up on time. Portions were the right amount and still hot when our delivery arrived. If your a fan of lemon chicken, pork and spring rolls and all the other goodies, I would strongly recommend Jimmy's.

Fast food maybe but very nice and plenty of special offers. Definitely recommend the spicy sweet and sour chicken with rice and chips  !!

Order the set meal for one everytime. It Could feed 3 people. The food is excellent, tasty and very good quality. The Peking ribs are stunning and you get loads of meat on the bone which I find rare from my experience from  Chinese takeaways. Very good value for money, very good customer/delivery service. If I could give Jimmy's a 10 i would.

Just ordered tonight have ordered a few times from this place as I live literally around the corner .. £15 meal deal for one .. spring rolls .. frozen garbage .. the ribs really dry had to keep ripping off bits to top in the sauce just so it was edible .. fried rice plain and tasteless .. then the house special curry … doesn’t deserve the tittle .. the prawns tasted off, uncooked and weird the rest was bland and tasteless and inedible. I rang them to tell them mainly for the “special curry” as the prawns were either off or uncooked and the rest just had a bland and weird taste … offered to take it down to let them see it and I was told the chef has had a taste of that batch and it’s fine .. basically serving disgusting food and no attempt at rectifying the issue .. absolutely disgusting food and way to deal with customers won’t be using ever again and I would suggest you all avoid at all costs .. VILE!!

My girlfriend who loves Chinese food also loves Jimmy's. Always delivered earlier than expected and the food is always piping hot and fresh. I can also personally vouch for that.  If you like Chinese takeaway, then definitely give this place a go. I very much doubt you'll be disappointed.
