This particular branch has been great over the lockdown period. 0 contact. And they only opened when they knew it was safe to do so. Even thought I'm sure it cost the company alot of business, the safety of their staff and customers was always priority. I was kept informed of when my materials would be available and it has helped me to keep trading safely when possible. Thanks
Called for some help and advice as I was not sure what I needed to do the job I had to. Advised from the start of my call I was looking for a quote and help. Advisor who answer my call firstly sounded like he did not want to be there. Secondly he used the term “you need to be more specific in telling me what you want” nice to see you don’t patronise your customers who are not DIY savvy.then I said I will come down and was met with the reply, “ well we close in 15 minutes so........” so what, I am only 5 minutes up the road, you didn’t know that. I called Teavis Perkins next door who could not do enough to help and qualified what I want. I will never call these again and will tell others to call Travis Perkins instead.
A great selection of building materials and tools at good prices and reasonable delivery prices.
This has to be the most expensive builders merchant I have ever visited. Avoid if possible!
Cracking customer service from the young lad on the tills. Brilliant shop
Helpfull staff will advise you on your needs
Avoid at all costs ! Use Travis Perkins instead !
No order is too small .very helpful.
