I only ever use Jewsons as a last resort if I am desperate for something in a hurry as they are always so overpriced compared to other places.
Jewson kitchen's. Bad. We had the kitchen measured up by the kitchen guy at Royston's Jewson and we sent all our unit dimensions over and everything else that was needed for his design. I found the price slightly high so being a tradesman I looked around and found almost the same design for £1400 cheaper elsewhere. However we were promised that Jewson's quality was much higher than other suppliers and we took his word for it, they most defiantly were not. It's been around 2 years since our kitchen was fitted and I'm thinking about replacing it already, we have had so many problems since the beginning, the quality has been so bad everything is just sagging or falling apart, the fitting screws get ripped out the units with ease because the units just flake away as if its been outdoors for years no, its not got wet. The design didn't work at all, we have a large kitchen but his design was so bad we have a working space of a chopping board we also had to custom cut some units as the guys measurements were wrong. He failed to allow for pipe work too which was existing so should have been noted so basically none of our kitchen utilities fit properly and everything falling apart. It's a huge expense and the only reason I choose Jewsons in the first place was because I offered trade discount didn't even get one Last but not least the guy was not understanding at all, pretty rude, short tempered and disagreed with all our ideas as if we didn't have a clue and then he delivered us a pretty useless kitchen. Shouldn't have listened to him, I had a feeling he didn't know much. Clearly not a fitter just a sales man.
Great for the trade, stock 1000's of items, very helpful staff
