Just returned from picking up an order from Bloxwich, Howard and Dan were extremely helpful in locating an item they did not stock and contacted the Leeds branch which have arranged to post the item to me. A big thank you to Rob at the Leeds branch also.
Popped in here today and asked if they could cut a board for me, offering to pay for the service. I was told they could not cut the board because it was not purchased from them. Most frustrating.nnI really do wish that these big companies would understand that it's the little things you do for people that make the big difference. What the manager of the store didn't know was that I was intending on spending over £4,000 with them on stuff for my garden next year. I will go elsewhere now.nnWell done Jewson's, £4k lost, plus a D.I.Y customer of 25 years, for a job that would have taken two minutes and earned you a few quid. If you'd have done the job, I'd have told everyone I know. Now I'll be telling a different story.
Pleasure to deal with. Good quality timber at competitive prices. Danny is helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
