Today me and my mother went into the store. There's cages everywhere. When my mom used to work for the company years ago she and her colleagues had to bring one cage out at a time. She can't believe that the Manager and Supervisors are slacking.
Awful experience at Home Bargains Bloxwich. The store is constantly understaffed with long queues every time you visit and staff clearly under pressure, and being dragged around like puppets. What’s worse is that the exit door has been broken for months, so till staff are forced to sit in the cold all day. Clearly the management don't care about their staff.nnThe staff themselves are doing their best, but management are letting them down badly. They never have any baskets and shelves are untidy.nnFIX YOUR EXIT DOOR AND ROTA MORE STAFF
Thank you so much to the staff at Bloxwich home bargains today especially Debbie you really are a star id phoned for a fan but thry hadn't got any .nThen Debbie went above and beyond to phone me back to say they'd had a delivery and she'd saved me one for my grandson cant thank you enough
Very friendly and helpful staff. There is good parking as well.
All staff are very helpful thoughtful and kind always nice to go in the shop
