I am Senior Citizen and bought Lenovo Tablet from PC world and been to Computer Gallery for setting up and give me some tuition. These guys are fantastic. They spent 60 Mints with me on 2 different time. created my E Mail, Amazon Account, Play Store logins and downloaded Apps on my tablet. I found them very patient with me while i didn't know any thing about technology and they taught me. Let me say that i highly recommend these guys for any of your Computer or IT related issues. Thanks a million guys.

A few weeks ago my iMac screen had been smashed up by the small ones with one of there toys I thought it was the end for my Mac however the great staff at Computer Gallery saved the day. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming in to my first visit of the shop. I recommend everyone to go here for their technical computer needs, they only take a week. Overall one of the best staff

Really nice chaps but promised to repair my iPad Air 2 and didn't do so. I was referred by another company and was assured that they could fix my iPad even though this is tricky with the fingerprint ID. This cost £230 and it wasn't fixed, which is annoying as a message comes up EVERY time I turn my iPad on. Do not go to a technician who is not Apple approved, it's just not worth it. Very friendly team, and they offered me a £10 discount and screen protector.

So, in my experience these guys don;t know what they are talking about. Once before I have gone to the store and provided the power requirements I had for my desktop and they still managed to sell me a psu which exploded into sparks when it was plugged in. Recently I have gone in with a simple query to which they were unable to answer. I was willing to allow them one mistake but not any more. Stay away, if I could award zero stars I would. Unfortunately I was forced to award 1 star, stay away if you know anything about computers. clarification: this review is concerning their white hart street store, I have not used their Desborough road store.
