A total waste of time, no point visiting this MP if when you turn up they say " What do you exepect me to do"?
When the government do you wrong. Who you gonna call. Jess Philips office that's who. Her staff will will help you with matters that require mp help. One of the best office I have visited with the most friendly staff that care about you. From the moment you call the office. they are currently helping me with my benefits appeal. Area covered by MP Acocks Green
Jess is very helpful and very understanding mp and the fact I could actually go in to her office to speak to her directly was extremely helpful! Because I know some people who don't even give appointments and only deal on the phone through their coworkers. My visit today at the office gave me a piece mind, I would definitely recommend anyone that's dealing with any type of issues within this area to go there.
I have very positive experience. Staff is really friendly and helpfully. Jess Phillips is a honest person and in my opinion one of the best politician, with this staff around made strong arm for labour government in region. Regular meetings keep community update and works #ForTheMany #RebuildingBritain
Long overdue. I contacted Jess in regards to an allegation whereby I was falsely accused of an act I did not commit. I was very distraught and quite distressed, jess initially responded however this was a one off and I never heard from Jess again. A BIG LET DOWN. I can assure you, Jess is not one for the people, my next local vote will be for someone highly credible and reputable, unlike Jess!!!
I congratulated Jess when she was elected. I asked her to help me when i was trying to get moved into a 2 bed Council place, with my Son, who is now 15. She emailed that she would help me. I heard nothing more from her! Waste of space Jess!
I have the utmost respect for Jess. I am transgender and she has helped me no end. This lady really cares about her constituents for the first time we have an MP who actually tries for us.
An excellent MP. During this last 8 months I have experienced numerous problems primarily with the Government, DWP and local GP Surgery. Mrs Phillips was helpful in resolving these issues for me.
I contacted office with a complaint about birmingham city council, explained what was going on and the woman I spoke 2 said she'd get back 2 me in 2wks when she'd heard from them... that was in october! as usual no one wants 2 really support u with birmingham city council complaint. Got mail asking 4 my support though!
When a mp jumps out of the car and makes inappropriate comments to you when you’re trying to attend to a person who has fainted is disgusting behaviour! It’s uncalled for and neither is it acceptable!
