Nice cozy place, with fast service and good customer service.  They have all the options of chicken you would expect, with nice side like sweetpotato,  plantain, etc.  They have a lunch deal,  medium or large,  for £6.50 or £7.50 to eat in or take away after 3pm it's £7.20 and £8.20, with a chicken of your choice with the large menu you can choose two different meats  with rice,  steamed veg or salad,  and three slices of plantain.  I got the medium one and was filling. Food quality was good and portions were generous.

Me the Mrs and kids went here JERKKIES after a spot of afternoon shopping, it's the best Caribbean restaurant I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. Try it out, especially if your trying Caribbean food for the first time. After there dumplings have been resting after a maximum amount of time they give them away they won't take money from you for them what's a little flower and water, I love the way this business carries it's self, and I really hope others enjoy it as much as me and my family do.

Friendly, helpful staff and a nice place where you can sit in or eat out. Standard prices for the area £6.50 lunch. Jerk chicken was more like barbecue chicken, not really recognisable as jerk. Very edible, substantial quantity of rice and peas, but would have liked a proper jerk taste, even using the entire tub of jerk gravy supplied.

Terrible food! Bland and pink chicken that was still cold despite being under a heat lamp and being put in the microwave for a couple of mins. Rice was very dry and the jerk gravy was sour adding nothing to the food. Very disappointed as this place was recommended to me, however I've had better jerk chicken in a workplace cafeteria.

Suggested this dump to a few colleagues from work and we unfortunately made an order through hungryhouse... I say "unfortunately" because the food had been ordered at 12:30pm and arrived at 4pm 3hours after lunchtime had finished when we called to complain the rude older lady said cancel the order or wait. All orders were wrong and my oxtail/rice and peas looked like it had already been eaten and was full of bones! People can order from here if they like but when you are disappointed please leave a review for others to ignore.... TRASH!!!!!

I work round the corner from Jerkies and have always walked by without considering going in. Today however was different as I had more time. All I'm going to say is the food is fantastic. It's the best jerk chicken I've ever eaten. I'm definitely coming back soon.

Ordered from hungryhouse. Delivery was over an hour late, had to go through to hungry house twice to find out where the driver was. Updated my number with them and they still got it wrong, meaning the driver couldn't call me when he arrived. When he did arrive, he had an attitude. Food wasn't that great. Ordered fried chicken and fries for the kids, they didn't even want it, and they eat everything. Chicken was so dry and the chips soggy and bland. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Terrible food, will newer eat here again. Ordered jerked chicken and they've cut the chicken tights with bone, so now you have to pick small peaces of bone from your meet. After finishing there was probably more bone left than meat and rice was tasteless and super dry.

Staff have no clue. Asked if rice was included, lady said yes. Came to pay and it wasn't included. Food was cold and then heated in a microwave. Once I was told it was actually £7.20 and I refused to pay this. I just got dirty looks from the staff even though I was still polite. This place and its food and staff is an absolute joke
