They don’t know what customer service is. Worse place for click and collect, I had to wait 40 minutes for them to find my order. Four people looking for it, all the time asking me to show them again the email confirmation and telling me to wait on different tills, awful. They all need a customer service training, I will never go to this shop again, plenty choices on the market. If you want to waste your time, this is the place to go to.

Absolutely shocking costumer service!!! Placed an order to arrive at JD's Bexleyheath and after nearly 2 weeks I decided to ring costumer service!! My order had sat in store for over a week and not one single person notified me it had arrived!.. Won't be shopping there again!

Shopped in store this morning about 9.30 the queue was about six customers deep one person on the till, which was a querie and took quite a while to sort out. Not one member of staff offered to help or jump on a till, waited nearly fifteen minutes to get served and did the member of staff smile not on your life. The staff in there are totally useless and unhelpful think they forget the customer keeps them in a job and pay their wages.
