Rude staff who cannot provide decent customer service- very pompous and treat customers as if they are poor people who they are doing a favour for. When you come in you are instantly made to feel unwelcome- Avoid this place like the plague.

No mate, I ain't coming back here. Computers didn't work, all off the Argos books were gone, staff were rude, saying that I should get my own Argos book imstead of coming here. When I to the Supervisor, he was very nice, but he didn't sack the person who was being rude to me.

The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Not enough staff members ! Had to wait 20 minutes while I was ignored by one staff member who would not make eye contact with me. Was told to come during the the week to get links taken out of my watch after coming on a Saturday and have now been told to come back on a Saturday!! Not impressed at all
