N9 one picks up the phone for store absolutey shocking. Rang on two consecutive days about 20 times each day. No answer. Hopelessly run store.
Bought a pair of trainers in the sale thinking that I got a good deal but to my surprise there was 2 price tickets on the trainer on sale they were £55 but before sale they were £5 cheaper
Staff member refused to take our gift card from birthday stating JD no longer take them , clearly says on the gift card it does and so starts arguing with us in the store , absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff member, We asked for her name and she said your not getting my name and turned her larnyard over. Official complaint in so hope it gets dealt with
Expensive but good quality stuff it has all your sporting goods covered whether it be baseball caps or a hoodie or a football shirt of your favourite club they have it covered I would recommend
Wife went into collect an order for our daughter, who had covid. Young girl on till not very helpful. She asked for photo id for our daughter. When my wife enquired about kind of photo evidence, they stood a giggled at her. We did eventually, get the parcel. But certainly not very professional approach to customers.
Brilliant place to have a browse and pick up some latest sports fashion goods. Can be a bit pricy but has the odd bargain now and then.
needed to return an order & pick up another. chap at the till was more than welcoming and had the transition flow smoothly with no issues. the store itself looking very sharp. a gal in particular kept on her toes to make sure the place was beautifully organised and stocked up. ace work you lot, next time I think I’ll skip the online shopping and browse the store instead.
JD Sports, like, come on? Where do I begin to get to the good parts? I'll start with the good parts if you are going to shop there, in my opinion, please don't, as many will say, sports direct is far better than this, -Goods JD Sports is a luxurious store, with neatly organised products and magnificent marble floors. JD sells a wide range of products from shoes to shirts to school jackets, and from Nike to Adidas its a good choice to get yourself suited, and booted! -Bads JD Sports, a great shop... if you are either a millionaire or there is a sale on personally I have no clue why people shop there, over priced so much they have to waiting on the 2nd floor don't worry that's a joke the only thing good about it is the exit, and then turning left and walking to Sports Direct, the staff seem to give not a care in the world, they were rude and unhelpful the last time I was in. The prices, to dig into them again, were over priced, £40 for a Nike beanie, which I would have said should have sold for 10, £20 at a max. I'm disappointed and disagree by people who shop there, save your money, please.
Girl who served us was extremely helpful with obtaining sizes for my son who purchased nike dunks. Good choice of trainers in the glenrothes branch
