Went today about the price difference on a product I purchased on line. In the shop the price was the same as on the product but different on line. It wasn't a special deal. First person I spoke wasn't very helpful at all and I had to ask to speak to the manager or someone in charge but then I spoke to two very nice young ladies who helped me solve the problem. The two of them were very polite and very professional. They are a credit to your company.
It's OK quite a few people in and at the tills they now have self serve tills good idea just not sure as its mostly clothes and not everybody is honest
Brilliant service in this store couldn't do enough to help out. Very pleasant experience
Pleasantly surprised at the quality of some of their clothing and especially mens footwear. Reasonable prices too.
You are forced to scan your own items if you don't have cash? There's elderly people struggling to scan all their shopping and for what? Completely bamboozled as to why they have replaced the tills with self service
If I could give zero I would! Probably the worst experience I've had in this store. Spent 20 mins looking for a staff member on the floor to ask a question with no luck. Finally got someone putting baskets away who was no help whatsoever! Told me to look on line for what I needed... Took my other purchases to the tills to have a young girl who obviously didn't really want to be there serve me... No customer service at all. If this is Saturday staff then I will try shop mid week!
If you get what you wanted, RESULT. We basically got what we wanted other than one item. So nearly a result...
Good store for clothing and household goods. Well priced and well presented. Service at tills can be very slow, with poor staff attitude sometimes very abrupt and unwelcoming. Hence the 3 stars.
Fantastic shop the Mrs goes her own way to ladies and I make my way to men's and we meet at tills see who's bought the most. Loads tills open so hardly wait in ques staff very friendly so good all round
Matalan are great at providing good quality, budget friendly clothing and homeware. The store at Glenrothes is spacious and sells women's, mens and kids clothing as well as small section for home furnishings. The staff are friendly and helpful. Click and collect is also available.
