We have been using J&D property management & services for the last 7years. We have always received an exceptional level of customer service from Sara and Jay, who we have predominately dealt with. They have offered great support and advice during some challenging times and always been very professional and accessible with a real personal service. We would highly recommend Jay and Sara and the team.
My daughter has been at Liverpool Uni for 4 years and used different student accommodation , varying from good to bad . Last year she was with a company who the Uni recommended and i wont mention the name but they were useless and couldn't care less about the students that rent from them .This year she has a flat with JD Estates and what a difference it has made to her final year .When she went to view the property it needed a lick of paint , a new TV and some furniture updating , which JD Estates promised to do she didn't hold out much hope due to past experience.True to their word all these things where done /replaced and she knows if she has any problems she can contact them. In this day and age its a comfort to know that there are still people out there who provide a really good service . I would recommend this company to future students in Liverpool.
ALL LANLORDS SHOULD READ THIS BEFORE EMBARKING WITH JD ESTATES 4 of their 9 feedback scores are 1/5 so its obviously not just me but i do want to share my experience so in the beginning very professional, found the tenant extremely quickly and got the tenant i asked for, all well in the beginning. then the tenant moved in, i asked for a final meter reading, i was told they have asked the tenants and will get back to me, now over 2 months later i still dont have it, the response has been shockingly slow and when i asked for a response i was told "i manage over 300 properties" they did not want to send me the inventory in the beginning and when i asked them for the inventory it was incorrect with lots of incorrect information and now i am trying to get out of a 6months ocntract that i signed and they are tying to say its a 12 months contract without sending me the contract , would not touch this agent with a barge pole for my next property
Absolute abysmal customer service. Took them 4 weeks for them to answer some basic questions we asked about a property we viewed after pestering them at least once a week. When they finally replied they told us the property had infact now gone but if they had replied when we first emailed this would not have been the case! We are just glad we never went through with the tenancy because I dread to think how long it would take for them to respond if we had an urgent problem!

Having been a tenant with JD Estates for over 3yrs now, I can only say that I'm more than happy with the service they provide. The staff have always been pleasant and no pun intended accomodating.
Only do viewings Monday - Friday, up until 4pm. Not convenient at all for people who have got jobs.
