I recently bought my first car from here and Luke assisted me through everything from start to finish. He made everything so easy for me and stress free. He went through every detail of my finance agreement and I always felt well informed throughout the entire process. I left feeling greatly satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend asking for Luke if you plan on getting a car from here. I’m sure you’ll feel the same as me. Very helpful and knowledgeable regarding his work.
I bought my first car here over a month ago, and I am so happy I did! Kevin was absolutely great, I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered. Both me and my dad were new to the process but Kevin made it stress free and kept us up to date every step of the way. He also took into consideration our circumstances and didn’t push us to do anything we weren’t ready to do. I have been and will continue recommending Kevin to friends and family as he is a knowledgeable guy with a fantastic personality!
From start to finish my experience was excellent, I managed to find a vehicle that I fell in love with straight away. Marcel helped and guided me through out my experience and made me feel so relaxed and answered any questions which I asked, he was the best sales man I have ever dealt with. If you consider purchasing a vehicle I would definitely recommend asking for Marcel. My vehicle drives perfect, I’m over the moon with this. Thank you again!
Really helpful Parts and Service staff. I didn't buy my Golf from here but needed 2 new replacement rear door seals and touch-up paint. Located the right thongs I needed. Had to take one of the seals back as my mechanic noticed it had a split in it - took it back and was refunded straight away - even though a good couple of months had passed since purchase. Receptionist always greets you with a smile too
I wanted to swap my car to something more suitable financially. Tom Loakes dealt with myself and I was extremely happy with his customer service. He made everything easy and stress free and everything was sorted very quickly. 5 stars from me! Would recommend.
If you are thinking of buying a car from this place. I would strongly recommend asking for Luke. He made buying my new car so straight forward. He kept me well informed and was always available on the phone for any updates. He made a lot of time to make sure the structure of my payments was right for me, made my part exchange swift, easy, and stress free. He rang me after the sale to make sure I was getting on with the car and to get in touch if I encountered any problems. Really highly recommend him and this place.

Fabulous experience from beginning to end. I can’t put into words how amazing Amanda Ryan was with us. She is a credit to the company and kept in touch with me at every part of my car buying process. Regular emails, car videos and phones calls to keep me informed every step of the way. She has honestly made my car buying experience more memorable than just buying a car.
