I am a triathlete and have been competing at a number of levels over the years to Ironman 70.3 events. I have had Jo as part of my support unit for many years now and he keeps me in great shape to be able to train and perform throughout the year. Most recently I was training for my first marathon and disappointingly broke my ankle 3 weeks before the event and Jo has supported me throughout my recovery process and has managed to bring me back to the point that I’m able to run and start training again far faster than I could have possibly imagined without pushing boundaries but by reading and supporting my body so it could repair fully during the process. I will continue to look to Jo for support because I trust his knowledge and judgement fully, he is an incredibly talented Physio and I’ve seen many over the years.
Jo Brown is a fantastic physio with an incredible knowledge over years of experience in the game of fixing people and their bodies. With Jo's help over the years he's helped keep my husband and myself physically active and guide us through a number of injuries to recover fully and continue to perform in our respective sports. He's the best no need to look anywhere else.
Between Jo and David they did an Absolutely Amazing Job of Diagnosing, Rehabbing and Treating my Injury.. As recently as June it wasn’t clear if I’d be able to Run, Surf, Swim or Cycle again.. With their help I’ve just completed Valencia Marathon and I’m now back in the Water.. Excellent Job!!
I've seen dozens of physios over the years and Jo and the team are easily the best I've seen. Not only did he help me with me back, he helped me figure out what was causing the problem and adapt my technique.
Been here a few times the team are great! Very helpful and welcoming. The exercises and physio have sorted me out. Would highly recommend.
A great service by Jo. He diagnosed my injury and treated it quickly and professionally. Ok would highly recommend him.
Just visited with a bad ankle brilliant service highly recommended and came away walking with no pain due to treatment and advice. Having a follow up next week.
