I've been standing behind the chair since the early 80s. A coworker referred me to Jazz-Z a couple years ago which I've shopped there a handful of times and been happy with the products, price, customer service etc. I recently purchased a fairly expensive product which turned out to be defective, I returned it, they took care of me without batting an eye. As always, I appreciate doing business with those who do good business.
Very impressed by Jazzy's customer service. Bought a nail technician kit and passed the state board exam. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I changed the buffers, for the sculptured nail and tip application and a few minor items. The kit for the most part was well done. I appreciate all the team at Jazz-Z-Beauty you're all 5 star service!!!
Laura was very nice and helpped my husband and I out this morning and made sure we had everything we needed. We did get a few of the moving sale items as christmas gifts. Can't wait to do another supply pick up at the new spot. Thanks.

Thank you to all the staff at Jazz Z Beauty. They were all helpful in preparing me for my State Board exam. From supplies to training on using the kit. I also purchased the EZ Pass Cosmetology tutorial and did great on both parts of the exam. The best service around!!!!!!!!!!!!
In all my time in school I haven't had one good experience here. I would go elsewhere but the school mandates that we buy most supplies here. The employees are rude, and the kits keep getting cheaper and cheaper. The equipment doesn't last, even through one year of school. When ordering things over the phone they don't pay attention and they take the wrong card information and don't send what you order without even telling you. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere if possible.
The shears and razor in the State Board kit are very bad. The shears is blunt, a hair strand needs twice to cut off. I have to replace my own stuff. It is so risky to use for the State Board exam. I got 2 module kit from here with higher quality before. I was dissapointed because I believed that stuffs in this kit are good stuffs.
