Take away was supposed to be delivered an hour ago. Have tried calling the restaurant but it’s constantly engaged leaving me to believe they’ve left the phone off the hook to ignore us and the other irate customers. If they’re too busy to process orders, don’t take them! Simple as!! Now have a family of 6 absolutely starving. Also contacted Just Eat to see if they could contact the restaurant and they couldn’t get through on either of the 2 phone lines or the direct number for the manager. Disgraceful!

Appalling service. Ordered via JustEat, given a delivery time of 50 minutes - 2 hours later we have no food, no contact from Jayho, nothing. Cannot get through on the phone. Chatted online with JustEat, who apparently cannot get through on any phone number either. Going out and buying ingredients and cooking it yourself would be quicker.
