This is a coffee lovers coffee bar for sure. There was a very modern and trendy vibe inside with a good mixture of clientele. Prices were reasonable and there was a small but appetising selection of cakes and other baked goods. As they are are a roastery they also sell their own coffee wholebean blends. I will certainly be back next time.im in Birmingham.
A lovely place renovated and extended last year. Excellent service. Kind staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.nnGood range of coffees and desserts. Cherry Mocha is a beauty and they do have a few gluten free options which is very considerate.nnOnly complaint is the size of the cake slices is pretty small considering its £3 per slice. The Chocolate Orange slice is literally three bites.
I had a cappuccino with oat milk- perfection! With a chocolate twist on the side nnI stayed for more than an hour and did some work on my laptop!
If you’re on the hunt for the best cappuccino in town, Java Roastery in Moseley Village is *the* place to go. This café nails the balance of a perfect cappuccino: rich, velvety foam with a smooth, bold espresso that packs a punch without any bitterness. You can tell they care about quality, as every cup feels like it's made with love and attention to detail.nnThe atmosphere at Java Roastery is warm and inviting, with a cozy, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for relaxing with a good book or catching up with friends. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about their craft, which adds to the whole experience.nnWhether you're a coffee connoisseur or just someone who loves a well-made cup, Java Roastery is a gem in Moseley Village. For me, this place has easily earned its title as the best cappuccino spot in town!
Service is strange, I asked if they could bring my tea to my table I have a bad knee and was holding bags, and I was told sorry were too busy. The way the shop is laid out is like a maze, so risky. Wasn’t happy with that. Food options limited. The croissant tasted very very dry. I miss the old Java lounge, was a warm inviting interior :
