Came on a Friday evening as a group of 6. At first we were asked to wait at our cars because they don’t have an appropriate waiting area, and they would give us a call. Which is fair enough.nnWe were asked if we had a reservation but we were under the impression that they don’t take reservations, probably best to book in advance if you can. The seating area isn’t too big, and there is only one table that can accommodate 6 people.nnThe desserts were great, the kahwa was delicious and the iced coffee, so I heard, was very very strong, but good. Menu is generally on the pricey side, but I do believe all the desserts are made in house so I can excuse that.nnThe atmosphere and decor is nice, quite minimalistic, and the bukhoor smells lovely, although you can hardly smell it over the kahwa I don’t mind, the smell of kahwa made the shop very inviting to me.nnShame that there is a pub a couple of doors down, a lot of people smoking tobacco and weed so it smells awful as you’re going in, and I can imagine it can potentially get a bit more unpleasant later into the evening.
Visited on a Saturday and was quite busy, waited about 20 mins to be seated. Our server was very helpful and kind. Venue is very pretty. Dessert and teas were delicious, will be coming back here to try different things in the menu !
This place is a work of art. Whoever designed the interior of this place did an amazing job.nnI only tried the Lime and Mint Aseer Juice and it was phenomenal. It was so good I had to order another one straight after. I have yet to try any of their food though - so I do plan on coming back for sure…
Amazing!! We’ve tried the knafah, the creamy desserts, and now the honeycomb buns - everything is delicious!nA few of the reviews mention the price being high but I feel as though you get what you’re paying for. The desserts are unique and presented beautifully. Definitely worth the price.
