First time visiting. Lovely atmosphere. Food served within 10 minutes of ordering! Delicious food. Attention to detail and lovely presentation, downside no ice in Smoothie, puri meal needs to have more puri! Please. Had to order extra, overpriced 2 puri for £2.90!nnStaff slow at the beginning, no-one came up to us to see if we wanted to place order or if we're waiting for someone to join is. Ahmed was so accommodating to us and our little girl. He was polite and so helpful. All staff were friendly and approachable. The food didn't take too long to come out and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size is generous so we had plenty to pack and take home too. We always have a wonderful experience when we come here. The atmosphere is so nice and chilled and its very clean. We will be back very soon :
Great food, wonderful service and would defo recommend! Reasonably priced and the servers are very friendly and approachable - we were served by Ahmed and Shabnum and they made the dining experience even better!

I came here as first time experience. I was happy with the service from the staff however I then was left later disappointed that the thali platter is a sharing one but u pay so mch money but to only get 1 pratha and 1 puri for a sharing platter is somewhat ludicrous. Suprise suprise here comes the bill. My eyes popped when the lady said its £98. I asked to see receipt and they had added 3 x desi thali this was indeed incorrect. As I went further down the list they over charged for the tea I once again queried and she said its large I had not asked for this. The manager than came and apologised and then they had over charged me for full English. The manager then reduced price as mch as he could however to my horror they charged 3.50 service charge. The manager told me I dont need to pay. To think the amount of people that must go and don't look at prices and get robbed. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT HERE AGAIN!!! PLEASE AVOID HE THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY DONT GO ALUM ROCK BRANCH COME TO THIS ONE.
