I've just called Janes Electrical and spoke with a lovely man called Andy, he was extremely helpful, he talked me through the issue I had and I managed to solve it at no cost. Such great customer service would highly recommend. Many thanks.

I ordered a cooker hood from Janes after being disappointed by two other local firms who never even had the courtesy to reply. Janes took an order over the phone, got the part and installed it within three days. Very impressed with the both the ordering and installation service. Would not hesitate to use again and can warmly recommend.
