Mon 24 Oct '22 - I had the pleasure of going into CeX in Dunstable today, to sort out a problem with an online order my Grandson had made. The assistant who served me was a young man named Sebastian, who was most helpful, very polite and went out of his way to assist me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop and its staff to anyone seeking good service.

Great shop, they have always had good prices and I've never had any problems. All the workers I've met where friendly and helpful. I also got a copy of Pokémon legends arceus that I believe was brand new

Brilliant shop, good selection of games but also tech too. Staff friendly and helpful, prices are competitive, equipment good quality  too.

I love this place I've came here multiple times and had a great haul of games  I don't come out with as many games as before but this place is still amazing

This is quite a new store, and although smaller than most other CEX's, still has a really good selection of DVDs, and games on various formats, as well as smartphones, cameras & consoles. They now have a big 50p DVD section, so plenty of bargains for your movie nights. Overall, it's a much needed addition to Dunstable, and well worth having a browse.

Good shop .staff could be a bit more enthusiastic and happy.

Went in at 16:45 to have a rough idea how much they’ll buy my camera for but was told they’re closing at 17:30 and that they can just book me in tomorrow.  I’ve just been to another place beforehand and they checked it within 10 mins, even if they needed 30 mins they could’ve done so.

I went into the shop to ask about my Samsung Phone , the lady gave me information , I found it helpful.  Thanks.

Me and my mother were both very impressed with employee Jen at the Dunstable CEX store. Right from the start she was engaged with us as we made the decision on our purchase. She was knowledgeable and informative and showed a genuine interest in my desire to start learning digital art on the iPad I purchased. It was a lovely experience in this store today and Jen was very helpful.

Worst cex in this world cannot do their job correctly bad attitude no customer service skill shop n is a joke if u live in dunstable go the extra mile and go to luton store is rubbish
