This is my all time favorite place to shop in London. They buy amazingly beautiful clothes that are well made! This shop alone is worth the trip to area! I can't wait to get back there and see what gem I will find next.
I'm not sure where the negative reviews come from; never been treated anything less than courteously here. Wonderful and different selection of designers and very friendly and helpful sales staff. Good for all sizes but excellent for those plus in any way.
I can't believe how unbelievably rude the lady who runs this shop was. I called to find out if they had an item I was looking for- to save time as I don't live close to the shop. She was abrupt, unpleasant and basically hung up on me because she wasn't interested in helping. Customer service clearly not their strong suit.
Absolutely horrible experience. Sales staff were abrupt and rude. Tried to make me feel bad for not buying something on a recent visit. Do not go if you wish to do business with a store that values you as a person.
