Nice dining experience at the Bardo, a little bit harder to find the entrance but the secret underground restaurant made the experience even more mysterious. Enjoyed the live music and all good there. The Olive bread is the best starter bread I ever had. Great taste of prawns, squid and lobster tagliatelle.
Great decor and amazing music playing. The food was really good with a lot of flavour. The staff was super friendly and helpful in the choices. Menu is not huge but with great selections. Good value for money for an entertainment evening and a great date place
New hot place in town! Had a wonderful evening here with the girls, the food was perfect and authentic Italian. The polenta starter was my favourite dish of the evening. The venue is beautiful, it has a Parisian feel to it with an Italian twist. The service was flawless aside from waiters being a little busy at times to take our orders, couldn’t fault them. It was super fun to finish our meals and head into to the bar area where there was a DJ and drinks until late. Recommended!

Not a place to go for your special occasions…. I went there a month ago for my birthday and booked a table a month in advance but they weren’t prompt with the booking detail and no confirmation mail on my seat. I contacted them through google and they said “consider it done” but when I turned up I didnt get the seat I asked for. also poor biscuit not even a small cake for birthday which I had to asked the waiter if they have anything for birthday and he just threw me a dessert menu with no explanation, even though I stated specifically on the booking. The food is okay service is okay. Waiter was too chatty And too into explaining the menu when we said its okay, he carried on ignoring our response. Overall the live music was great but I think it was too overpriced for what I got. Waiters are not very professional. Place may look very fancy but staffs are not well trained yet. They smelled of cigarettes. Not worth 15% service charge
We only popped in for a cocktail at the bar. Reception staff and bar staff were very welcoming and friendly. The whole place has an inviting warm decor and an ambience that extends to the guest rooms that are so beautifully ornate. Live music was being played to the diners. You could easily get carried away with some expensive wines and champagnes. Whilst quaffing our drinks, I thumbed through the food menu and it looked good and reassuringly expensive. I will return one evening to dine. I'll just get a bank loan first. No cash accepted at the bar.
One of the best restaurant I have been in London! We were served by Mara and she is wonderful. Service was attentive and food were amazing! Loved the Tartufo Nero and the steak. And it was lovely to meet Luca, the owner of the restaurant. He greets every customer himself and checking if everyone enjoyed. Big shoutout to James Hudson, such a great singer and definitely made the evening special! This place is such a gem, sure recommended!
Beautiful restaurant, relaxed ambience, delicious food! Need I say more? The staff were friendly and very accommodating, I spent a lovely evening here for my birthday, I even got a dessert with a candle! Excellent evening, I would love to return
Amazing decor, from entry to the restaurant. Colours are magnificent so a very nice area to dine in. Perfect to bring a date! Personnel was very friendly and professional. Had a fairly good time with my friends however I was expecting a better food for the reviews. We ordered truffle pasta, 42£/plate which didn't reach my expectations. Pasta was overcooked and the sauce was not there. Entries and deserts were ok but nothing special. Would return for a drink but not for food.
Bardos is an exceptional place. Long have places changed to provide a generic atmosphere. Not here! Food is delicious and at such a reasonable price I decided to get two mains which both were exquisite. Staff cater to your every need and are well trained . I invited 9 people with me instead of 8 and they seemingly added an extra chair and set up. Wine selection is fantastic giving you the option to really accompany any meal choice. The selection of cocktails are really good too. The decor really speaks volumes on the attention to detail from the owner.
