The worst store I have ever been to. The staff is the most unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful. It is a store that should not be in Flask Walk, it ruins the magic of the place. I do not recommend buying or selling there at all.
Rude, impertinent and aggressive staff. Stay well away. Having been a resident of Hampstead for over 30 years it saddens me to see tatty shops like this. I saw one Customer being verbally abused by the owner and I comforted them afterwards. Keep clear.
Friendly staff.
Shouldn’t be in Hampstead with their service.
