I booked a voucher on Groupon of this restaurant. We had one pan of Seafood Paella and 2 glasses of alcoholic drinks for 2 persons deal. It’s big portion of Paella so we need to take the left over back home. It’s more like for 3-4 people Grilled pepper is not spicy at all so it’s good for my husband who cannot eat spicy food. He very enjoyed it
Amazing Atmosphere and Tapas. Food was fresh and service was gracious. Loved our lunch here before the theatre. Defiantly not somewhere you would expect to have the best patatas Bravas. Will definitely be back for the pork again, which over waiter recommended.
Second time at this place. Delicious food, excellent staff, lovely atmosphere and comforting music. We had the ham croquettes…. And then ham croquettes again- they were so yummy. The prawns and the cheesy aubergine are also definitely worth a try! We topped it all off with some churros dipped in chocolate, yummy! Special recognition to Natalia who took care of us during the whole time! Can’t wait to come back again!
I visited the venue with a Groupon voucher of the value of £44.00 than included 6 cocktails, 2 portion of breads, 2 vegetarian tapas and 2 meat or fish tapas. There is no really a cocktail menu, the only available options are sangria and tinto de verano. The sangria was good but I was disappointed about the lack of choices. The garlic bread was ok, the bread with tomato was dry and the tomato portion was for one slice, definitely needed more. Veggie tapas I choose the grilled aubergine with besciamelle sauce- good but nothing special. The manchego and spinach croquetas were also ok but couldn’t see any spinach. The octopus was chewy and tasteless it comes up at £13.95 per serving. The meatballs were over cooked but the salsa was ok. The service was a bit slow but friendly. It was ok for the value of £44- the full price would come to over £90 and if was not worth that price at all
Very salty dishes especially the octopus and the sea food paella not pictured. You can literally see chunks of salt in the photo. Was charged approx 13. something £ for that. The beef and seabass were so-so. Overall a two star’s experience. Wouldn’t go back.
Best churros and paella I have had outside of Spain ever!… would not recommend any other place. Customer service was magnificent, we felt so so welcomed. Please if you ever crave Spanish food come here.
Very nice tapas and sangria! I don't recommend the salad tho, it's too basic. The staff is very nice
The Gambas Al Ajillo was fantastic lots of garlic and salt, £7.95. The Ensalada Tricolour, great quality avocado and mozzarella beautifully seasoned and refreshing, £7.45. Would not recommend patatas bravas however, although the spicy tomato sauce was very nice. Good atmosphere and quick service would definitely recommend.
We came here on Saturday evening for a meal after the theatre. The tapas and mixed paella were delicious & very authentic. The restaurant had a busy atmosphere & staff were very friendly, definitely worth a visit.Recommended dishesPatatas Bravas, Gambas Al Ajillo, Tapas
It was okay - nothing special. Food was rather underwhelming; the calamari were a bit chewy. What was very annoying though, was slow and rather chaotic service. No one brought us menus - we needed to get them ourselves. Then we finished eating, we couldn’t get anyone to bring us a check.
