My father died almost 1 year ago. I was 21 years old and had to plan and pay for the full funeral myself. Being the first member of my family to even die was daunting enough, nevermind having sole responsibility for absolutely everything!! I am so glad I walked into their building before going anywhere else because I had absolutely no clue what to do. 

From the second I walked in I felt at ease. The receptionist spoke me through step by step on what had to be done in the most sensitive but not at all patronising of ways. They helped through the full process. Advising me on what I could have for my budget, not at all selling or pushing me to pay for things I didn't need. I even found myself phoning for advice on things was nothing to do with them. Like filling out forms, death certificates etc but absolutely nothing was a hassle.

Unfortunately my dad had to be kept in the full weekend after being made up by James, who did an exceptional job. And I more than appreciated his honesty when on the Monday he advised he maybe wasn't suitable to see, but I went in anyway, 

I will be going to James hardie for all of my family members and when I'm older this is where I will be pre planning my own funeral. Could not recommend more!!
