Our experience was quite good apart from a couple of issues. We were assisted in arranging my Mother's funeral by a young woman. She seemed okay at first. My Mum died in January and the crematorium (Daldowie) and the two Ministers the woman approached on our behalf turned out to be very busy. We decided to seek help from a retired Minister in the village where we live. I telephoned the woman to ask her to contact the crematorium to find out when we could have the funeral in order to arrange a suitable date and time with the Minister. her response shocked me. 'I can't phone the crematorium again', she said 'You guys were supposed to book the Minister first'. After that, I left all the dealings with her to my husband as I felt I couldn't cope. The funeral went smoothly enough but we still haven't received the bill despite being told it had been completed.

We used McLeans funeral directors when my Dad passed recently. The 1st class service is second to none. Tristan looked after Dad & Karen took care of all the arrangements. This was done with empathy & compassion. The family really do go above & beyond to take the stress out of the trauma of losing a loved one. I cannot thank them enough nor repay a debt of gratitude owed to the McLean family.

I Lost my grandad and I was recommended to go to McLeans. A Young man named Tristan Helped me through all the arrangements. He was very Kind and it was obvious that he cared about our circumstances. The Day of the funeral went perfectly. The only thing that could have been done quicker was getting the bill for the funeral out to us. I wouldn't hesitate recommending McLeans to anyone.

The service that Karen provided was truly heartfelt along with all the members of McLeans funeral services. I could not recommend them highly enough to anyone. This is why family business should be more common as the proof is in the level of care and service that was given to me when my Dad passed. Thank you so much McLeans Funeral services

Karen and Co. provided a beautiful, respectful and honestly priced service for our dad. We were blown away by her compassion and warmth. Thankyou for making things so much easier in our difficult time.
