I must say that Derek Smith at Baillieston Funeral care was extremely professional, supportive and super efficient. I was on my own at the time dealing with Mum’s arrangements and the support I received throughout was caring and sensitive. It was all handled from start to finish by Derek who went above and beyond his call of duty . He guided me through the whole process, including contacting the registrar and Benadette at Battlefield Funeral care for Mum’s viewing, where she had stayed for the last 10 years . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Coop Funeral care to anyone . From start to finish it was “exemplary” He is an absolute credit to the Coop Funeral care and made such a difficult and sad experience a little easier with his expertise.
