There's normally a good selection of chilled and ambient good. Frozen section is a bit sparse. The store is normally clean and tidy though sometimes there is debris from shelf stocking on the floor. The staff are nearly all friendly and helpful, though one or two need to learn that complaining at customers for asking for more than basics at the cigarette counter is terrible customer service. Though that is rare and most of the staff are decent people. Edit. Currently been waiting about 5 mins and being ignored waiting for assistance at the self service.only to then be told I can't use my totem card which I've used on it before. Abysmal experience
Good sized coop, great selection of goods. Has an Amazon locker and a Costa coffee vending machine. Staff are lovely and parking is good.

The chicken purchased tonight was awful I don’t buy meat from Lidl’s opposite because their meat is always greasy or tough. So I’ve always spent more at the CoOp but I’m really disappointed tonight as the chicken was awful. Prices are going up but standard of food is going down. Staff and shop is lovely but not happy fresh food is going down hill while prices go up.
Very Clean handy store for a smaller shop & space to move around with a pushchair. Shelves are a bit bare in places, but that's the way of the retail market at the moment - however the store has put out apology announcements saying they are doing all they can to remedy the situation, I have not heard this in other supermarkets. Another plus is I have never had an issue with the self service tills, unlike other places I have been.
It's a good all rounder. Prices aren't too bad but not as cheap as Lidle. Staff are pleasant. If you park in the disability spot make sure you display your badge. My dad forgot to display and was charged a fine for it. Coop couldn't do anything about it.

Most items can be much more expensive than other supermarkets. Poor quality fruit & vegetables and often battered and bruised. A couple of the staff usually the younger ones are helpful and friendly...but there's the odd ones who are odd and/or miserable buggers.
The store is convenient, but unfortunately the staff in the business are poor. I've never been to a shop where if you go in with a 1 year old baby, the till staff do not offer to help with the packing of your shopping. What makes this even more disappointing is they even stand and watch you struggle to wrestle a baby a bag of cat litter and various other heavy objects. I would have turned down the help but it would have been nice to even get asked. I feel the staff are very lazy, and hope the management read this and act accordingly.
Was served today 23/12/19 by Ann. Terrible service. Did not offer to help packing items into bags. She then miscounted my change and became really moody towards me although I gave her the correct change. Genuinely no customer service skills. I was not being a difficult customer, I should not have been disrespected in this way. I will avoid this store in future.
