Exceptional Service nnTook my car here as they are a Tesla bodywork approved garage. From start to finish they have provided exceptional service. They kept my fully informed at every stage. But the star of the show is Charlotte on the front desk! She is incredible, helpful, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for me. I’ve always had bad experiences with garages but not with James Alpe. I 1000000% recommend. Oh and my car is like new, shiny and perfect! Thank you Team
My car is currently at the James Alpe, for 5 small scratches to the rear bumper. The car was collected on the 1st October and has to now go to Porsche for additional work to clear safety checks that they cant do! Begs the question why take the job on if you can't do it. Not a James Alpe issue by why did FMG insist on sending it there?nI think by anyone's standards over 4 weeks to repair 5 small scratches is unacceptable.nLets see what the repair looks like when I eventually get my car back. I'm not holding out much hope.

I had an absolutely perfect customer experience with James Alpe Ltd. The standard of work was superb, company technicians have a fine grasp of the technical issues involved. This was shared readily with me as a customer giving confidence to know my vehicle was in good care. Attention to detail was therefore excellent. Communications were regular and unprompted with each timeframe being met perfectly. Excellent personal and customer care skills. Rarely do you find such a superbly managed business. Thank you.
