What is going on with this company? Are they riding on their success of having won awards years ago? Took my car there for a dent repair, came back with 2 more dents. I don't know where they parked it but I took photos of the car before it went in and they were not there then. The staff are very hard to deal with. Terrible experience. Don't put yourself through it!!!!!!!!!!

Do not touch this company, let alone trust them with your car. Absolutely dreadful. Ruined several tyres on my car and they have no interest in speaking to me

pathetic in insurance repairs not repairing the full car as it should be really hard to deal with

I highly recommend this company if you wish for your car to come back in an overall worse condition then when it went in! They lack knowledge and more importantly ability, the repair spray job on the bonnet is 9 times thicker than the average paint readings on the rest of the car. It is that thick you can see the ripples in the paint. I've made a complaint to both an advisor and the MD of James's alpe, neither of which have been taken seriously nor have they come back with a resolution. Avoid!!

I had my cars serviced and repaired here for a number of years. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The quality of work was always excellent.
