I was very disappointed. I usually use a driver named Abz. He is excellent, very efficient and very kind. However today a different driver kept me waiting in the cold wind with no apology when he arrived. He managed to spill my shopping all over the boot of his car, again no apology. Took over twenty minutes to arrive and weren’t warned this when ordering, dispatcher took the post code down wrong after I said it 3 times and the taxi was £5 more than I was told. The taxi had an awful smell
A taxi ordered. Quoted £15 from Pendleton to Whalley Train station. Driver stopped off at Whalley Adult centre & said £5 more to be delivered to Whalley Train Station??? Why is this happening??? Needs reporting to Taxi inspector.
My sister tried to order a taxi from yourselves today, we have used Eagle cars for years now without problems. My sister speaks with a stammer but instead of letting her try to speak the operator hung up on her. This is not the service we expect from Eagle. She ended up using tiger.
We were booked this taxi by the hotel where we were attending a wedding at. The trip was around 15 miles. We had a slight diversion because of a road closure but nothing that took us well out of our way. We were charged £40!!!!! At the time we thought it was steep but not knowing the area we paid it. Only to find out later we were well and truly ripped off. We are going to let the hotel know, to avoid anyone else getting ripped off by this company.
Brilliant taxi company get taxis every day to work and to special occasions there all so polite and well run. Brilliant small company and excellent service I would never use a other taxi service now. On time. cheap fares. A pleasure to use.
Attended a function at Tithe Barn and arranged for taxi to pick us up at 12:30am. They were trying to charge us £15 for a 1.6 mile journey but not knowing the area and having been told it was the going rate we agreed to it. By 1:30 there was around 14 people waiting for this taxi company to collect us all stood to in darkness. Eventually one taxi arrived to go the 10 minute round trip but some had already started to walk down unlit country lanes. Not only are the very poorly run but they put lives at risk last night and actually spoilt the night for a few people.
