Had a mataji religious event this weekend and food was delivered on time and was good quality and piping hot, I was impressed by the taste and it seemed like it was home cooked food not too much oil, was reasonable price compared to other London caterers thank you Rikulbhai and staff
worse service unreliable please stay away. On top doesn't even answer phone I FEEL SUCH PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE. DISGUSTING.
I get daily tiffins since May 2021 and very satisfied with quality of food and delivery service. Thanks to their affordable tiffin service that my kids can enjoy homemade style thali every day eventhough I work full time. Their tiffins are moderate spicy taste and perfect for daily consumption. Also, Last week they catered for 75 people at my function and everything was super yummy .. especially Undhiyu was flooded with flavours... everyone enjoyed it very much, Thank you! Wish I had photos to share but forgot to click!
I wish I could give negative points. I would not recommend to anyone to buy from here. We order food for 35 people, rice was smelling very bad as soon as we open the bucket, panner was hard, no tasty in any of dishes. When reported about rice, Jalaram team was denying and proving we are lying about it. Pathetic service.
Terrible communication. I tried to order for my mum. Totally ignored my messages. PATHETIC
Why do you take orders and not deliver after saying you will? There are elderly people relying on tiffin service. Disgraceful behaviour and service
Worse service ever. My inlaws rely on this service. Regularly misses deliver with no notice meaning no food for my elderly in-laws. Terrible
