The hair cut was nice, but the hair wash was horrendous, last time I went it wasn't that bad, but this last time, i had this young girl scrubbing my hair together that obviously made loads of nots in my hair, she was gossiping with this younger girl and then after her horrible hair wash they both grabbed a comb/hairbrush and started pulling one to each side quite roughly whilst that they chatted away, it was painful and I felt like one of those dolls they practice on, I highly doubt I shall go there again.
