I am giving this 4 stars for two reasons o only. The young lady who was running the Coffee shop today and because of its location. The Belfast Barge is a non-profit organisation currently and has a lot going for it especially its staff who are professional and very friendly. We stopped by for some lunch today and had some Coffee, Sausage Rolls and Scones which just about covered its limited menu currently. Very Dog friendly with towels 'for wet feet' and free doggy snacks. Just on menu range alone I would have given only 2 stars but as already said the Staff member made our visit along with the uninterrupted views over the Lagan. Here's hoping menu range will be better for next visit.
Great idea bring your own drinks play your own music, toilets could do with a bit of attention but a great night was had by all for my daughters going away party.
Dropped in for coffee and a scone. Excellent coffee in an interesting environment. Took a tour of the museum on the lower deck which was very interesting.
Lovely, relaxing place to have lunch and a coffee on the Lagan. Food was very nice and there's a wee museum below deck.
Great venue, fabulous food. A place to visit for great coffee, breakfast, lunch or a quirky place to host a wedding or event. The Barge has it all a must visit if you are in Belfast!

Simply amazing food.... stumbled upon this place. The 'Boxy' was one of the best meals I've ever had
We had a big birthday party in here in the downstairs bit not the restaurant. It was amazing. When we turned up it had been really well decorated this seems to be standard, there was a fantastic sound system and the staff who were there to help out for the night were brilliant. If you’re organising an event for 70-120 people or so, and are looking for somewhere they can all let their hair down and have a proper bash, you won’t do much better than this. Didn’t break the bank either!
Very pleasant visit. Enjoyed the movie very much. They have a wee dog called Bob
