We love this Chinese takeaway. There are no eat in facilities. This is only eat out, they do delivery and the delivery service is very good. The food is always really nice. They have the best large pancake rolls I have ever tasted, hey have a lovely crispy batter coating. Service is good and quick. The staff are nice. If your in Highly give it a try.

Lovely food and wait wasn't too long, however they do not currently accept card payments, so large sums must be paid in cash. Home delivery available.

I have used this Chinese takeaway for 17 years. It used to be fantastic but in the last year or so the food has really gone downhill. The spring rolls were the best ever. Now they’re mediocre. The house special curry has hardly any meat in it. The hot and spicy/saltother and pepper ribs (can’t remember what they call them) are tasteless. I am so disappointed, I’ve never tried Happy Highley but maybe I’ll have to in the future. I don’t know what’s gone wrong but it’s so sad. Fingers crossed things will improve. Best wishes, Dave PS I can see lots of reviews but I can’t see where I can click on them to read any text, I don’t know why this is unless they couldn’t be bothered to write anything.
